makeApiClient<T>(kc, apiClientType): T

Creates an instance of a Kubernetes API client for a given configuration. Automatically delegates to custom makeApiClient setups if a mock/stub KubeConfig is passed. Otherwise, configures the client with the BunDenoHttpLibrary wrapper to ensure global fetch support.
